摘 要:为探究云龙天池国家级自然保护区内云南松天然林草本层多样性的分布格局,选取云龙天池云南松天然林林下草本植物为研究对象,调查其组成与结构、重要值,求算物种丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener指数、Simpson指数、Pielou指数,分析不同海拔梯度下草本植物的物种组成和多样性特征。结果显示,云龙天池云南松天然林中草本植物共有33种,分属16科31属,其中菊科所包含的物种数最多;宽穗兔儿风和野拔子为优势种,重要值分别为0.285和0.184。物种丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener指数、Simpson指数以及Pielou均匀度指数在高海拔及低海拔间存在显著性差异(P<0.05);回归分析结果显示物种多样性各指数均随海拔的上升呈下降的趋势,海拔对4个多样性指数可解释的变异量分别为23%、28%、21%和17%。In order to explore distribution pattern of field layer plant diversity in Pinus yunnanensis forest,the understory herbaceous plants of Pinus yunnanensis forest were selected in Yunlong Tianchi National Nature Reserve as the research object to explore the species composition and diversity characteristics of herbaceous plants under different altitude gradients.The results showed that there were 33 species of herbaceous plants belonging to 31 genera and 16 families in Pinus yunnanensis forest in Yunlong Tianchi National Nature Reserve,among which Compositae contained the largest number of species.Ainsliaea latifolia var.platyphylla(Franch.)C.Y.Wu and Elsholtzia rugulosa were the dominant species with important values of 0.285 and 0.184,respectively.Species richness index,Shannon-Wiener index,Simpson index and Pielou evenness index were significantly different between high and low elevations(P<0.05).The results of regression analysis showed that the indices of species diversity decreased with the increase of elevation,The variations explained by elevation for Species richness index,Shannon-Wiener index,Simpson index and Pielou evenness index were 23%,28%,21%and 17%,respectively.
