摘　　要：竞技体育的发展离不开专业的训练指导,由此运动训练专业人才的培养是各大高校竞技体育发展的关键。文章阐述了高校运动训练专业人才培养的现状,针对人才培养过程中存在的问题进行了剖析,并制订了对应的改善策略,以推动高校竞技体育改革的发展。The development of competitive sports is inseparable from professional training guidance.Therefore,the cultivation of sports training professionals is the key to the development of competitive sports at most universities.This paper briefly summarizes the current situation of college sports training professional talent training,analyzes the problems in the talent training process,and formulates corresponding strategies to promote the development of college competitive sports reform.
