摘  要:随着2019年新国标的实施,轻量化成为电动两轮车新国标时代的大势,在相同的体积下,锂离子的容量和能量均远高于传统的铅酸电池,并且随着锂离子产业的规模化,瓦时单价也在不断降低,质量更轻的锂离子电池成为两轮电动车的更优选择。在锂离子电池快速发展的同时,因电池生产厂家质量良莠不齐、电池组未执行强制检验、用户使用不当等原因导致的电池起火、爆炸安全事故频发。本文旨在对现有两轮车用锂离子电池相关标准进行对比分析,研究标准中锂离子电池组检验项目的异同点,以及标准在实际应用中的问题。With the implementation of the new national standard in 2019,lightweight has become the general trend of the new national standard era of electric two wheeled vehicles.Under the same volume,the capacity and energy of lithium ion are much higher than those of traditional lead-acid batteries.With the scale of lithium-ion industry,the watt hour unit price is also decreasing,and the lighter lithium-ion battery has become a better choice for two wheeled electric vehicles.With the rapid development of lithium-ion batteries,battery fire and explosion accidents occur frequently due to the uneven quality of battery manufacturers,the failure of mandatory inspection of battery packs,improper use of users and other reasons.This paper aims to compare and analyze the relevant standards of lithium-ion batteries for two wheeled vehicles,study the similarities and differences of the inspection items of lithium-ion batteries in the standards,and the problems in the practical application of the standards.
