摘  要:通过分析改性聚丙烯(PP)的TVOC组成及产生原因,开展改性PP散发测试TVOC超差案例分析和PP-T20材料散发特性、改进方案分析以及试验验证,得到符合汽车主机厂汽车内饰用改性PP材料散发性中TVOC要求的汽车用改性PP材料,并总结出通过提高真空度水平、提高后处理烘烤温度和延长后处理的烘烤时间能够显著降低了TVOC水平的结论。By analyzing the TVOC composition of modified polypropylene(PP)and its causes,the case analysis of TVOC out-of-tolerance of emission test of modified PP and the emission characteristics of PP-T20 material,the analysis of improvement scheme and the test verification were carried out,and the modified PP material for automobile was obtained in accordance with the TVOC requirements of the dispersion of modified PP material for automobile interior decoration in automobile OEMS.It is concluded that TVOC level can be significantly reduced by increasing vacuum level,increasing post-treatment baking temperature and prolonging post-treatment baking time.
