摘　　要：汽车给人们的出行带来极大方便的同时,也带来了严峻的道路交通事故,造成了人员伤亡和财产的巨大损失,已成为世界性的社会问题。在对道路交通事故处理中,当事人各方对事故车辆技术鉴定结论高度重视,因此第三方鉴定机构出具的交通事故车辆技术鉴定报告书越来越重要。本文就车辆技术鉴定现状进行分析,剖析其存在的问题,并提出针对性的改进策略。为我国交通事故车辆技术鉴定事业提供参考依据,改善鉴定的工作质量,提高鉴定工作的效率。While cars bring great convenience to people’s travel,they also bring severe road traffic accidents,resulting in huge losses of casualties and property,which has become a worldwide social problem.In the handling of road traffic accidents,all parties concerned attach great importance to the technical appraisal conclusions of the accident vehicle,so the technical appraisal report of the traffic accident vehicle issued by the third-party appraisal agency is becoming more and more important.This paper analyzes the current situation of vehicle technical identification,analyzes its existing problems,and proposes targeted improvement strategies so as to provide a reference for the technical appraisal of traffic accident vehicles in China,improve the quality of appraisal work,and the efficiency of appraisal work.
