苦参凝胶对小鼠需氧菌性阴道炎治疗作用的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨苦参凝胶对小鼠需氧菌性阴道炎的治疗作用。方法:经阴道接种大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌混悬液建立小鼠需氧菌性阴道炎模型。药物组给予苦参凝胶,安慰剂组给予甘油三酯,阴性对照组未进行药物干预,健康组未造模未药物干预,1次/d,连续给药7 d。于末次给药24 h后,收集小鼠阴道洗涤液,观察清洁程度并进行阴道菌群平板克隆观察;处死小鼠,取阴道组织置于4%多聚甲醛内固定,石蜡包埋,切片,HE染色组织研究。结果:与安慰剂组和阴性对照组相比,药物组的阴道洗涤液菌群培养细菌克隆数量较少,炎性细胞减少,黏膜修复情况良好,与健康组相似。结论:苦参凝胶对需氧菌性阴道炎具有潜在的治疗作用。Objective:To investigate whether Kushen Gel has therapeutic effects on aerobic vaginitis within mice.Methods:Aerobic vaginitis within mice were prepared by intravaginally inoculating the mixture of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.Mice in medication group were intravaginally administrated with Kushen Gel.The placebo group was also administrated with triglycerides in the same way.No drugs were given to the negative group.No bacteria or drugs were administrated in the healthy group.All treatments had contin-ued for 7 days.After one day from the last treatment,mice were intravaginally washed for three times to detect Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.Then all mice were sacrificed.The vaginas were resected,fixed in 10%paraformaldehyde,and embedded in paraffin.Slice of 5-μm thickness were cut and stained with hematoxylin and eosin(HE)for microscopic observation.Results:Compared with the negative group and placebo group,the medication group had fewer aerobic flora and slight inflammation.Meanwhile,the thick-ness of vaginal mucosa also recovered obviously in medication group.Conclusion:Kushen Gel is a promising medicine for the treatment of aerobic vaginitis.
