摘 要:高质量就业是实现经济高质量发展的应有之义。针对现有文献大多忽视了人力资本投资在实现高质量就业中的调节效应和门槛效应的问题,本文基于2004-2019年全国30个省份相关数据,利用固定效应模型和面板门槛回归模型,实证检验数字经济、人力资本投资与高质量就业之间的关系。研究发现,数字经济对实现高质量就业有促进作用,人力资本投资则对两者之间的作用关系有明显的正向调节效应,但不同区域、不同时段差异明显;进一步分析发现,人力资本投资在数字经济对高质量就业作用关系中也存在显著的门槛效应。因此,有必要着重加大对劳动者的人力资本投资,提高劳动者的认知能力和学习能力,适应数字经济发展的需要、实现高质量就业。High quality employment is the due meaning of realizing high-quality economic development.In view of the existing literature,most of the existing literature ignores the adjustment and threshold effect of human capital investment in realizing high-quality employment.Based on the relevant data of 30 provinces from 2004 to 2019,this paper empirically tests the relationship between digital economy,human capital investment and high-quality employment by using fixed effect model and panel threshold regression model.It is found that digital economy can promote high-quality employment,and human capital investment plays a positive regulatory effect in the role of digital economy in promoting high-quality employment,but it also has the characteristics of regional and time heterogeneity.Further threshold regression analysis shows that there is a threshold effect in the role of human capital investment in promoting high-quality employment in the digital economy.Therefore,we should increase the investment in workers’ human capital,improve workers’ cognitive ability,learning ability and adaptability to the labor market,fully meet the employment needs of the development of digital economy and realize high-quality employment.
