摘 要:文章采用2001—2017年我国31个省份的数据,构建面板联立方程模型,采用三阶段最小二乘法对三大生产要素流动与三次产业发展之间的关系进行实证研究。结果显示:从全国样本来看,我国三次产业发展受资本要素流动影响最大,其次为劳动要素,而技术要素流动对产业发展的影响具有时间上的滞后性;在产业发展对要素流动的影响中,劳动要素的流动受第三产业发展影响较大,资本要素的流动受第一产业和第三产业发展影响较大,技术要素的流动受产业发展的影响并不显著;从区域异质性来看,生产要素流动对东部地区产业发展的影响要显著高于中西部地区。Based on the data of 31 provinces in China from 2001 to 2017, this paper constructs a panel simultaneous equation model, and uses 3SLS to conduct an empirical study on the relationship between the flow of the three production factors and the development of the three industries. The findings are as follows: From the national sample, the development of China’s three industries is most affected by capital factors flow, followed by labor factors, while the impact of technological factors flow on industrial development has a time lag. Among the influences of industrial development on the flow of factors, the flow of labor factors is greatly influenced by the development of the tertiary industry;the flow of capital factors is greatly influenced by the development of the primary industry and the tertiary industry;the flow of technological factors is not significantly affected by industrial development. From the perspective of regional differences, the effect of production factor flow on industrial development in eastern China is significantly higher than that in central and western China.
