摘　　要：进入数字时代,智能化广泛运用改变了传统产业的服务模式。基于信息技术替代劳动力的视角,从三方面诠释数字时代物流业的服务转型:一是论述产业生产要素投入的结构性变迁,二是分析中美主要物流企业智能化应用现状,三是探讨物流业服务转型中信息技术对劳动岗位的影响。分析表明我国物流业不断深化服务转型,向着全面智能化方向发展,总体上处于信息技术逐渐替代简单重复劳动力的进程。数字时代我国物流业服务转型应促进劳动力升级,从简单重复到信息技术赋能;重构产业底层逻辑,从被动响应到主动嵌入;在实现生产服务运营智能化的基础上,推动信息技术与劳动力由替代关系走向人机共生良性发展。In the digital era,the wide application of artificial intelligence has changed the service mode of the traditional industry.From the perspective of information technology replacing labor,the paper elaborated on the service transformation in the digital era of the logistics industry.Firstly,the paper discussed the structural changes in the internal input structure of production factors;Secondly,the paper analyzed the status quo of intelligent application in major logistics enterprises in China and the United States;Thirdly,the paper discussed the influence of information technology on posts in the service transformation of the logistics industry.It is found that China s logistics industry will deepen service transformation and develop toward comprehensive intelligence with information technology gradually replacing simple and repetitive labor.In this digital era,the logistics industry seeking service transformation should promote the upgrading of the labor force,replace simple repetition with technical empowerment,reconstruct the industrial bottom logic,and change from passive response to active embedding.Based on realizing the digitalization of production and service,China logistics industry should boost the benign development process from information technology replacing labor to human-computer symbiosis.
