大型压力容器封头变形调整工艺研究

摘　　要：液化石油气封头因其特有的结构,大直径、开口等结构特点,热处理过程很容易变形,本文针对封头变形情况,分析封头变形的原因,提出在封头直径最小的部位采用液压千金顶顶开后,加焊十字工艺拉筋,并进行炉内消应力退火热处理等方法,对变形封头进行调整,调整后的封头全部满足设计要求,该项工艺的研究,成功解决了变形封头的调整问题。Liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)head because of their special structure,large diameter,opening,such as structure characteristics,the heat treatment process is easy to deformation.In view of the situation head deformation,this paper analyses the reason of head deformation,put forward the head diameter of the smallest parts adopt hydraulic daughter after top item open,such as welding cross brace,and stress annealing furnace and heat treatment methods,such as to adjust deformation of the head,the adjusted head all meet the design requirements of the process research,successfully solved the adjustment problem of deformed head.
