摘  要:针对管材12Cr1MoV、15CrMo两种材料,利用微试样液压鼓胀法进行测试,借助二倍斜率法和Rp0.2法对鼓胀曲线进行了解算,获取其屈服强度,并用多项式求导求取特征值法,解算其抗拉强度。结果显示,屈服强度结果偏差在10%以内,抗拉强度偏差在5%以内,微试样液压鼓胀法可以较准确地求解管材12Cr1MoV、15CrMo的力学性能,是一种可行的测试方法。For pipe material 12Cr1MoV and 15CrMo,the microsample hydraulic bulging method was used to test,and the double slope method and Rp0.2 method were used to understand and calculate the swelling curve to obtain its yield strength,and the polynomial derivation was used to obtain the eigenvalue method to calculate its tensile strength.The results showed that the deviation of yield strength was less than 10%and the deviation of tensile strength was less than 5%.The microsample hydraulic bulging method could accurately solve the mechanical properties of 12Cr1MoV and 15CrMo,and it was a feasible test method.
