中西医诊治外源性胰岛素抵抗综合征的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来随着我国糖尿病患者数量的增多及胰岛素的广泛使用,外源性胰岛素抵抗的发生率逐年升高。本文对近年来关于外源性胰岛素抵抗综合征(EIAS)的中西医诊治进展作一简要综述,以期为临床上诊治此病提供参考和依据。In recent years,with the increasing number of diabetes patients and the widespread use of insulin in China,the incidence of exogenous insulin resistance is increasing year by year.In this paper,the progress of diagnosis and treatment of exogenous insulin resistance syndrome(EIAS)in Chinese and western medicine in recent years is reviewed,in order to provide reference and basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of EIA S.
