普罗布考联合依那普利叶酸片治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究用普罗布考联合依那普利叶酸片治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DKD)的效果。方法:选取邢台市人民医院收治的100例早期DKD患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为常模组和治疗组。对两组患者均进行常规治疗,在此基础上用依那普利叶酸片对常模组患者进行治疗,用普罗布考联合依那普利叶酸片对治疗组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的各项临床指标。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和氧化低密度脂蛋白/β_(2)-糖蛋白Ⅰ(ox-LDL/β_(2)-GPⅠ)的水平均低于常模组患者,其血清血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的水平均高于常模组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,治疗组患者的尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血肌酐(Scr)、血清总胆固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG)的水平均低于常模组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,治疗组患者的收缩压、舒张压和空腹血糖的水平均低于常模组患者,P<0.05。治疗期间,两组患者出现的不良反应均较少。结论:在对早期DKD患者进行常规治疗的基础上,用普罗布考联合依那普利叶酸片对其进行治疗能显著改善其肾功能,减轻其氧化应激损伤,降低其血压、血糖和血脂的水平,且治疗的安全性较高。Objective:To study the effect of probucol combined with enalapril folic acid tablets in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy(DKD).Methods:100 patients with early DKD treated in Xingtai People's Hospital were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the norm group and the treatment group.On the basis of conventional treatment,enalapril folic acid tablets were used to treat patients in the norm group,and probucol combined with enalapril folic acid tablets were used to treat patients in the treatm ent group,and then the clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of serum homocysteine(Hcy)and oxidized low density lipoprotein/β_(2)-glycoproteinⅰ(OX-LDL/β_(2)-GPⅰ)in the treatment group were lower than those in the normal group,and the levels of serum heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were higher than those in the normal group,P<0.05.After treatment,the urinary microalbumin excretion rate(UAER),serum creatinine(Scr),serum total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)levels in treatment group were lower than those in normal group,P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and fasting blood glucose in the treatment group were lower than those in the normal group,P<0.05.During treatment,there were fewer adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusions:On the basis of routine treatment for early DKD patients,probuco combined with enalapril folic acid tablets can significantly improve their renal function,reduce their oxidative stress injury,reduce their blood pressure,blood glu cose and lipid levels,and the safety of treatment is high.
