临床路径护理在行泌尿造口术患者围手术期护理中的应用效果评析

摘　　要：目的:探讨对接受泌尿造口术的患者进行围手术期临床路径护理的效果。方法:将接受泌尿造口术的48例患者随机分为对照组和观察组。在围手术期,对对照组患者进行常规护理,对观察组患者进行临床路径护理,然后比较两组患者的各项临床指标。结果:护理后,观察组患者自护能力量表中的健康知识掌握度评分、自我责任感评分、自我概念评分和自我护理技能评分均高于对照组患者,其焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。术后8 h、12 h、24 h及48 h,观察组患者疼痛数字评分法(NRS)的评分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。护理后,观察组患者生活质量综合评定量表中的躯体功能评分、心理健康评分、社会关系评分和生活环境评分均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。观察组患者对护理工作的总满意率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对接受泌尿造口术的患者进行围手术期临床路径护理的效果显著,能有效减轻其术后的疼痛感,缓解其不良情绪,提高其自护能力、生活质量及对护理工作的满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative clinical pathway nursing on patients undergoing urostomy.Methods:Forty-eight patients receiving urostomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group.In the perioperative period,patients in the control group were given routine nursing,patients in the observation group were given clinical pathway nursing,and then the clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of health knowledge mastery,self-responsibility,self-concept and self-nursing skills in the self-care ability scale of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of anxiety self-rating Scale(SAS)and depression self-rating scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.At 8 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery,NRS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,P<0.05.After nursing,the physical function score,mental health score,social relationship score and living environment score of the comprehensive assessment scale of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Perioperative clinical pathway nursing has significant effect on patients undergoing urostomy,which can effectively relieve their postoperative pain,relieve their bad emotions,improve their self-care ability,quality of life and satisfaction with nursing work.
