摘　　要：针对长征五号运载火箭用大型2219铝合金过渡环在铸锭多向镦拔开坯工序中常出现的坯料内外温差大和变形不均匀等问题,探究了不同镦拔次数的多向镦拔工艺方案对中间坯料温度和应变分布均匀性的影响。基于Deform-3D平台建立了三维热-力耦合有限元分析模型,以探求合理的大型2219铝合金铸锭的多向镦拔工艺。对6种多向镦拔工艺方案的数值模拟研究表明,在考虑镦拔次数上限时,在4镦4拔开坯方案下坯料的温度方差为17.7,等效应变方差与应变均值比为0.22,该方案下的坯料温度和应变分布较为均匀。同时,分析了大型2219铝合金铸锭多向锻造镦拔次数存在上限的原因,最后通过实际生产验证及后续环件性能测试证明了该镦拔方案的合理性。In the multidirectional upsetting and stretching process of heavy 2219 aluminum alloy ingot used for the transition ring of the Long March 5 carrier rocket,the temperature difference between inside and outside of the billet is big and the deformation is uneven.To solve this problem,the influence of multidirectional upsetting and stretching schemes with different upsetting and stretching repeats on the distribution uniformity of temperature and strain of the billet was analyzed.3 D thermal-mechanical coupling finite element analysis model was established based on Deform-3 D platform to explore the proper multidirectional upsetting and stretching process for the heavy 2219 aluminum ingot.With the consideration of the upper limit of upsetting and stretching repeats,the numerical simulation study for six multidirectional upsetting and stretching schemes shows that the temperature variance is 17.7 and the ratio of equivalent strain variance to mean strain is 0.22 under the scheme of 4 upsetting and 4 stretching,in which the temperature and deformation distribution are relatively even.Meanwhile,the reason why the upper limit of multidirectional upsetting and stretching repeats exists was also analyzed,Finally,the reasonability of scheme was verified by the actural production verfication and properties test of ring.
