摘 要:研究了汽车发动机带轮冷辗扩精确成形技术,应用Simufact软件进行了有限元模拟,研究了驱动辊转速和芯辊进给速度对汽车发动机带轮冷辗扩成形力能参数和成形质量的影响。在带轮的两道次冷辗扩中,增大驱动辊转速或降低芯辊进给速度可以有效降低轧制力;驱动辊转速为14 rad·s^(-1),芯辊进给速度为1.4 mm·s^(-1)时,第1道次带槽处的壁厚均匀性最优,壁厚标准差为0.013 mm;驱动辊转速为16 rad·s^(-1),芯辊进给速度为1.8 mm·s^(-1)时,第2道次带槽处的壁厚均匀性最优,壁厚标准差为0.009 mm。在XS-160精密冷辗扩机上进行了实验研究,冷辗扩发动机带轮产品质量达到最优,实验结果验证了有限元模拟的可靠性。The precision forming technology of cold ring rolling of automobile engine pulley was studied,and the Simufact software was used to carry out the finite element simulation.The influence of rotation speed of driving roller and feeding speed of core roller on force-energy parameters and forming quality of cold ring rolling forming of automobile engine pulley was studied.In the two-pass cold ring rolling of pulley,increasing the rotation speed of driving roller or reducing the feeding speed of core roller can effectively reduce the rolling force.When the rotation speed of driving roller is 14 rad·s^(-1) and the feeding speed of core roller is 1.4 mm·s^(-1),the wall thickness uniformity at the groove of the first pass is the best and the standard deviation of the wall thickness is 0.013 mm.When the rotation speed of driving roller is 16 rad·s^(-1) and the feeding speed of core roller is 1.8 mm·s^(-1),the wall thickness uniformity at the groove of the second pass is the best and the standard deviation of the wall thickness is 0.009 mm.Experimental studies were carried out on XS-160 precision cold ring rolling machine,and the product quality of cold ring rolled engine pulley reaches the best.The reliability of the finite element simulation was verified by the experimental results.
