摘 要:为深入理解大型筒节轧制变形力学行为,运用上限法建立了满足运动边界的速度场和应变速率场,建立了变形区金属塑性变形功率、剪切功率和摩擦功率的计算模型。考虑抱辊力对大型筒节成形的影响,利用能量原理建立了大型筒节轧制力能参数计算解析模型。并基于自主编制的仿真软件分析了筒节尺寸、轧制速度和摩擦因数等工艺参数对轧制力能参数的影响规律。对比了计算结果与轧制现场实测数据,发现最大偏差不超过10%,说明计算结果与实测数据吻合较好,所建模型能准确快速预测大型筒节轧制力能参数。To deeply understand the mechanical behavior of large-scale cylinder deformation in rolling process,the upper limit method was used to establish the velocity field and strain rate field that satisfy the motion boundary,and the calculation model of plastic deformation power,shear power and friction power of metal in deformation zone was established.Considering the influence of holding roller force on the forming of large-scale cylinder,the calculation and analytical model of the large-scale cylinder rolling force-energy parameters was obtained by the energy principle.Based on the self-developed simulation software,the influence of process parameters,such as cylinder size,rolling speed and friction factor on rolling force-energy parameters was analyzed.The calculated results were compared with the measured data.It is found that the maximum deviation is within 10%,which means the calculated results are in good agreement with the measured data.The established model can predict the rolling force-energy parameters of large-scale cylinder accurately and rapidly.
