摘 要:针对在冷连轧升降速过程中由于热辊型变化和轧制压力不稳定导致的轧制波动幅度过大和板形的最终精度不足等问题,为了得到精度较高的出口板形,结合现场冷连轧机组的设备参数和机组相关工艺,通过对建立的冷连轧升降速过程板形模型、轧制力模型以及热辊型的变化机理进行定量分析,提出了一套以冷连轧机组升降速过程中出口板形最优为目标函数的各机架压下规程优化模型,并将其应用到现场某1800 mm五机架冷连轧机组的生产中,轧制波动幅度和板形精度得到了有效控制,提高了最终板形质量。Aiming at the problems of excessive rolling fluctuation range and insufficient final accuracy of shape caused by the change of hot roll profile and instability of rolling pressure during the speed increase and decrease process of cold tandem rolling,in order to obtain the high-precision export shape,combining the equipment parameters of on-site cold tandem rolling mill and the related processes of mill,through the quantitative analysis of change mechanism of established shape model,rolling force model and hot roll shape of the speed increase and decrease process of cold tandem rolling,a set of optimization model for the reduction schedule of each stand with the objective function that the export shape during the speed increase and decrease process of cold tandem rolling mill is optimal was proposed.And this model was applied to the production of a 1800 mm five-stand cold tandem rolling mill on site.The rolling fluctuation range and shape accuracy are effectively controlled,and the quality of the final shape is improved.
