摘  要:基于Deform软件建立了GCr15环件径轴向轧制过程的仿真模型。对环件在不同初轧温度下的轧制过程进行仿真模拟,得到环件的温度及温度分布均匀性变化,并进行分析处理作为后续研究依据。对不同初轧温度下轧制仿真得到的环件进行表面均匀取点,从而得到环件的整体外形尺寸准确性及均匀性,分析了环件的晶粒尺寸及其分布均匀性变化,研究了环件的等效塑性应变及分布均匀性变化规律。将环件的表面均匀性、平均晶粒尺寸,晶粒尺寸分布均匀性以及等效塑性应变分布均匀性作为质量指标,并将所有质量指标进行归一化及权重分配处理,得到环件的最适宜初轧温度为1100℃。The simulation model of radial-axial rolling process of GCr15 ring was established based on Deform software.The rolling process of ring at different blooming temperatures was simulated,and the change of temperature and temperature distribution uniformity of ring were obtained,which were analyzed and processed as the basis for subsequent research.Taking points uniformly on the surface of ring obtained by rolling simulation at different blooming temperatures,so as to obtain the accuracy and uniformity of the overall dimension of ring.The change of grain size and its distribution uniformity were analyzed.The change law of equivalent plastic strain and its distribution uniformity of ring were studied.The surface uniformity,average grain size,grain size distribution uniformity and equivalent plastic strain distribution uniformity of ring were taken as the quality indexes.All quality indexes were normalized and weighted and the optimum blooming temperature of ring is 1100 ℃.
