摘  要:为解决某型号游动双耳托板自锁螺母因装配不一致导致的寿命短和失效快问题,通过数值模拟方法研究了自锁螺母与托板装配的全过程,优化了装配方案,并通过试验验证了优化方案的可行性。先采用Solidworks软件建模装配过程,再用DEFORM-2D/3D软件MO模块模拟托板成形过程。对关键参数进行了正交试验设计,采用极差分析法得到最优的工艺参数组合。结果表明,托板成形预折弯为关键工序,采用优化方案:增加芯棒支撑,设置预折弯角度为30°、预折弯半径为4 mm、冲压速度为5 mm·s^(-1)时,成形形状理想,对螺母的锁紧效果好,能保证足够的游动间隙,且不破坏表面镀层,工装简单,满足技术要求。该优化方案减少了工序间外形误差的累积和传递,延长了模具寿命,保证了装配质量,能有效指导实际生产。To solve the problems of short life and fast failure caused by assembly inconsistency of self-locking nuts with floating double-lug support plates,the whole assembly process of self-locking nuts and support plates was studied by numerical simulation method,the assembly scheme was optimized,and the feasibility of optimization scheme was verified by tests.First,the assembly process was modeled by Solidworks software,and then the forming process of support plate was simulated by MO module of DEFORM-2 D/3 D software.The key parameters were designed by orthogonal test and the optimal process parameters combination was obtained by range analysis method.The results show that pre-bending of support plate forming is the key procedure.When using optimization scheme that adding mandrel support and setting the pre-bending angle of 30°,pre-bending radius of 4 mm and stamping speed of 5 mm·s^(-1),the forming shape is ideal,the locking effect of nut is good,enough swimming clearance is guaranteed,the surface coating is not destroyed,and tooling is simple,which meets the technical requirements.The optimization scheme reduces the accumulation and transmission of shape error between procedures,prolongs the life of die,ensures the assembly quality,and can effectively guide the actual production.
