Study on Three-Dimensional Ecological Restoration Technology of Black and Odorous Water Bodies—Taking the Governance of Beijing Fangshi Canal Project as An Example

摘  要:为研究黑臭水体的长效治理,依据生物生态修复原理,利用控源截污技术(污水口处理器)、内源治理技术(清淤、底泥修复毯)及生态治理技术组合工艺(生态坝、曝气增氧设备、生态浮岛、人工水下森林、水质提升器)对北京方氏渠黑臭水体进行了治理,同时对水体水质及底泥进行了检测。结果表明,2019年8—11月水体黑臭得到消除,且2020年4—6月水体水质达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)Ⅴ类要求,显示水质提升与外源污染的截除、内源污染的削减及各项生态治理措施密切相关。综上,为使水体彻底消除黑臭及保持良好状态,须控制外源污染、削减内源污染及采取综合生态治理措施。For the research of long-term governance of black and odorous water,according to the biological principle of ecological restoration,the source control and pollution interception technology(sewage outlet processor),internal governance technology(dredging,sediment repair blanket)and combine process of ecological governance technology(ecological dam,oxygen aeration equipment,ecological floating island,artificial underwater forest,water quality lifter)are used to treat the black and odorous water of Beijing Fangshi Canal.At the same time,the water quality and sediment are tested.The results show that the black and odorous water was eliminated from August to November in 2019,and the water quality from April to June in 2020 met the requirements of Class Ⅴ in the Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002),which indicates that the improvement of water quality is closely related to the elimination of exogenous pollution,the reduction of endogenous pollution and various ecological control measures.To sum up,in order to completely eliminate black and odorous water and maintain a good state,it is necessary to control exogenous pollution,reduce endogenous pollution and adopt comprehensive ecological control measures.
