摘　　要：目的比较Ilizarov技术与带血管游离骨段移植技术治疗桡骨长段骨缺损的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2015-01—2018-01诊治的22例桡骨长段骨缺损,11例采用Ilizarov技术治疗(Ilizarov组),11例采用带血管蒂腓骨段移植技术治疗(带血管蒂腓骨段组),比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、并发症情况以及术后10个月的前臂功能水平。结果两组均顺利完成手术并获得至少12个月的随访。Ilizarov组手术时间、住院时间较带血管蒂腓骨段组短,术中出血量较带血管蒂腓骨段组少,但骨折愈合时间较带血管蒂腓骨段组长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症情况及术后10个月前臂功能水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Ilizarov技术与带血管游离骨段移植技术治疗桡骨长段骨缺损疗效相当,两种治疗方法各有优势。ObjectiveTo compare the clinical efficacy of Ilizarov technique and vascular free bone segment transplantation in the treatment of long radial bone defect.MethodsA retrospective analysis of 22 cases with long radial bone defect diagnosed and treated from January 2015 to January 2018 was conducted,11 cases were treated with Ilizarov technique(Ilizarov group),and 11 cases with vascularized fibular segment transplantation(vascularized fibular segment group).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,fracture healing time,complications and the level of forearm function at 10 months after operation were compared between the two groups.ResultsBoth group surgical treatment was performed successfully and obtained at least 12 months of follow-up.The operation time and hospital stay in the Ilizarov group were shorter than those in the vascularized fibular segment group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the vascularized fibular segmental group,but the fracture healing time was longer than that in the vascularized fibular segmental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complications and forearm function levels between the two groups at10 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion similar curative effects in the treatment of long radial bone defect,and both methods have their own advantages.
