摘　　要：“十四五”时期我国将全面进入数字化建设时代,全社会开展了以网络信息技术为引领的新一轮科技和产业革命,智能技术得到广泛应用,智慧图书馆建设应运而生。文章分析了高校图书馆在新一轮科技和产业革命的浪潮中所面临的危机与挑战,提出了高校图书馆向智慧图书馆转型的思路和对策。During the “14th five year plan” period, China will fully enter the era of digital construction. The whole society has carried out a new round of scientific, technological and industrial revolution led by network information technology. Intelligent technology has been widely used, and the construction of smart library came into being. This paper analyzes the crises and challenges faced by university libraries in the new round of scientific, technological and industrial revolution, and puts forward the ideas and countermeasures for the transformation of university libraries to smart libraries.
