摘　　要：目的:评价面瘫应用中医针灸推拿配合中药治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2019年2月—2020年2月就诊于我院的95例面瘫病患作为研究对象,依据就诊时间分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用针灸推拿治疗,治疗组增加中药汤剂治疗,对比两组面瘫评分、住院时间、临床效果。结果:治疗组在治疗后的面瘫评分与对照组相比更高;治疗组临床总有效率和对照组相比更高;治疗组住院时间与对照组相比更短,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医针灸推拿配合中药治疗面瘫能帮助改善症状,促进病情及早缓解,是实用性、安全性、有效性高的治疗方案。Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine in facial paralysis. Methods: 95 patients with facial paralysis were studied in our hospital from February 2019~ February 2020. According to the time of visit, the patients were included in the control group and the treatment group. The control group was treated with acupuncture and massage, the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction, and the scores of facial paralysis, hospital stay and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results: The facial paralysis score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the hospitalization time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group. There was a statistical difference between P <0.05. Conclusion:Acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine can help patients with facial paralysis to improve symptoms and promote early remission.
