摘　　要：目的:通过文献检索,探析针灸治疗月经不调的选穴规律。方法:手动检索古代及近代出版书籍及杂志,在中国知网中检索近5年发表的有关针灸治疗月经不调的文献,并对其频次、归经以及所在部位进行梳理,分析选穴规律。结果:包含91个腧穴,腧穴运用总频次为845次。应用频次前10依次为三阴交、关元、气海、中极、血海、脾俞、肾俞、太冲、足三里、行间。结论:针灸治疗月经不调的选穴以三阴交、关元、气海为主,选穴多集中于任脉、膀胱经、肾经、脾经,达到调冲任、补肾疏肝健脾的效果。Objective: Through literature search, to explore the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of menstrual disorder acupoint selection rules. Methods: Manually search ancient and modern published books and magazines. Search the literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of menstrual disorder published in CNKI in the past 5 years, and sort out their frequency, meridian and location,and analyze the law of point selection. Results: There are 91 acupoints, and the total frequency of acupoint use is 845 times. The top ten applications are: Sanyinjiao, Guanyuan, Qihai, Zhongji, Xuehai, Pishu, Shenshu, Taichong, Zusanli, Xingjian. Conclusion: The acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of menstrual disorder are mainly based on Sanyinjiao, Guanyuan, and Qihai, and most of the points are selected for Renmai, Bladder Meridian,Kidney Meridian and Spleen Meridian, Achieve the effects of regulating Chong and Ren, tonifying the kidney, soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen.
