摘  要:为确定枇杷花精油提取最佳工艺,以枇杷花为材料,利用超声波辅助有机溶剂浸提枇杷花精油,分析料液比、时间及超声功率对精油提取率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,采用Box-behnken响应面分析法优化枇杷花精油提取条件,最佳提取条件为料液比1∶10.82,时间64.69 min,功率199.5 W,在最佳工艺下精油得率为2.45%。In order to determine the best extraction process of essential oil from Loquat flower,this experiment used loquat flower as the material and used ultrasonic-assisted organic solvent to extract the essential oil,and analyzed the effects of solid-liquid ratio,time and ultrasonic power on the extraction rate of essential oil.On the basis of single factor experiment,Box-behnken response surface analysis was used to optimize the extraction conditions of loquat flower essential oil.The optimal extraction conditions were solid-liquid ratio of 1∶10.82,time of 64.69 min,power of 199.5 W.Under the optimal extraction conditions,the yield of essential oil was 2.45%.
