摘　　要：基于蒙医传统疗法中"引病外除"理论的针刺拔罐疗法,以祛黄水病血、消肿、促进新陈代谢、预防疾病等作用深受群众信赖。但传统的蒙医拔罐器械已不能满足现代医疗所需,本文从蒙医针刺拔罐疗法器具的发展、作用机理、临床疗效及创新意义等方面进行分析简述,以期为蒙医疗术器械的改良研究提供参考。Mongolian Acupuncture Cupping therapy,based on the theory“Dispelling disease out of body”of traditional Mongolian medicine,is famous as removing blood stasis,drying yellow water,reduce swelling,promoting metabolism and preventing disease.However,traditional cupping tools in Mongolian medicine nowadays can’t meet the need of modern medical treatment,this paper demonstrates the development,metabolism,clinical efficacy and innovation of traditional Mongolian medicine’s cupping therapy,looking forward to give some reference to experimental study.
