摘 要:为了检测猪场稀料饲喂管道的堵塞情况,试验采用ANSYS Workbench软件仿真和试验模态两种研究方法,对管道系统的前6阶固有频率和振型特性进行了研究,对比分析了管道系统在不同沉积量下的模态参数变化。结果表明:仿真模态和试验模态结果基本一致,振型基本吻合,固有频率值误差小于10%。空管情况下,不同模态阶数的管道振型方式为沿着Z方向振动弯曲;管内有沉积情况下,不同模态阶数管道振型在Y方向、Z方向或YZ平面内振动弯曲。说明可通过沉积量与模态参数的对应关系估测管道堵塞情况。In order to detect the blockage of the thin feed pipes in pig farms, the first 6-order natural frequencies and mode shapes of the pipeline were studied by ANSYS Workbench modal simulation and modal test, and the modal parameter changes of the pipeline system under diffe-rent deposition amounts were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the simulation modal and the test modal were basically consistent;the vibration mode was basically consistent, and the error of natural frequency was less than 10%. In the case of empty pipes, the vibration mode of the pipeline with different modal order was vibration bending along the Z direction. In the case of deposition, the vibration mode of the pipeline with different modal orders was vibration bending along the Y direction, Z direction or YZ plane. The results indicated that the blockage condition of the pipeline could be determined by the corresponding relationship between the deposition and the modal parameters.
