摘 要:为了了解肉桂叶与碱性负离子液(alkaline ionized liquid, AIL)单独或联合饲喂对灵山香鸡生长和屠宰性能的影响,试验将180只90日龄体重约1 kg的健康灵山香鸡随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,第1~5组在基础日粮中分别添加5 g/kg肉桂叶、10 g/kg肉桂叶、500 mg/kg AIL、500 mg/kg AIL+5 g/kg肉桂叶、500 mg/kg AIL+10 g/kg肉桂叶,正式试验期45 d。试验结束后测定生长性能、屠宰性能、肉质性状、血液生化指标、氨基酸指标。结果表明:与对照组比,第4组、第5组灵山香鸡的日增重均显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05),肉桂叶和AIL具有协同促进生长效果;第3组和第5组灵山香鸡半净膛率和全净膛率显著提高(P<0.05),屠宰性能得到改善;第2组和第3组可提高灵山香鸡肉质剪切力;第4组灵山香鸡鸡肉必需氨基酸、风味氨基酸含量显著提高(P<0.05),风味最佳;第3组和第4组碱性磷酸酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。说明添加适量的肉桂叶和AIL可以改善肉鸡的生长性能、屠宰性能,协同效果更佳;适量的肉桂叶和AIL可以改善肉质风味。综合评价联合使用时以第4组(500 mg/kg AIL+5 g/kg肉桂叶组合)效果为佳。In order to understand the effect of feeding cinnamon leaves and alkaline ionized liquid(AIL) alone or in combination on the growth and slaughter performance of native Lingshan chicken, 180 90-day-old healthy domestic Lingshan chickens with a weight of about 1 kg were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 repetitions per group and 10 chickens per repetition. The animals in the control group were fed a basal diet, and the animals in groups 1 to 5 were fed the basal diet supplemented with 5 g/kg cinnamon leaves, 10 g/kg cinnamon leaves, 500 mg/kg AIL, 500 mg/kg AIL+5 g/kg cinnamon leaves, and 500 mg/kg AIL+10 g/kg cinnamon leaves, respectively. The feeding period was 45 days. After the end of the test, the growth performance, slaughter performance, muscle quality traits, blood biochemical indexes, and amino acid indexes were determined. The results showed that compared with the control group, the daily gain of native Lingshan chickens in the fourth group and the fifth group was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the ratio of feed to gain was significantly decreased, which suggested that cinnamon leaves and AIL had a synergistic effect on promoting growth. The third group and the fifth group could improve half of the eviscerated rate and full eviscerated rate of native Lingshan chicken significantly(P<0.05), and improve the slaughter performance. The second group and the third group could improve the shear force of native Lingshan chickens. The fourth group significantly increased the contents of essential amino acids and flavor amino acids(P<0.05), and the flavor was the best. Alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly increased in the third group and the fourth group(P<0.05). The results indicated that adding appropriate amount of cinnamon leaves and AIL could improve the growth and slaughter performance of broilers, and the synergistic effect was better.
