基于神经肌电促通仪的康复治疗对肌肉骨骼损伤患者肌肉力量及平衡能力的影响

摘　　要：目的研究基于神经肌电促通仪的康复治疗对肌肉骨骼损伤患者肌肉力量及平衡能力的影响。方法选取北京按摩医院肌肉骨骼损伤患者126例作为研究对象,A组为进行康复训练治疗组,B组采用康复训练治疗的基础上使用神经肌电促通仪。比较A组和B组患者临床总有效率、肢肌肉力量及平衡能力的差异性。结果A组的总有效率为78.12%,B组的总有效率为95.31%。B组中痊愈的患者所占比例高于A组,两组差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.208;P=0.007);治疗前,A组与B组之间的肌肉力量评分基本一致(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者肌肉力量评分均提高,且B组患者3项肌肉力量评分高于A组(P<0.001);治疗前,A组与B组患者Berg平衡量表(Berg balance scale,BBS)及Fugl-M eyer运动功能量表(FMA)平衡功能评分情况基本相同(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者平衡能力均提高,B组的平衡能力较A组的平衡能力增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论基于神经肌电促通仪的康复治疗对肌肉骨骼损伤患者的疗效具有明显提升作用,对肌骨损伤患者的肌肉力量具有增强效果,能够有效改善患者的平衡能力。Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation therapy based on neuromuscular electrical facilitation device on muscle strength and balance of patients with musculoskeletal injury.Methods Totally 126 patients with musculoskeletal injury in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The group A was the rehabilitation training treatment group,and the group B used the rehabilitation training treatment based on the use of neuromuscular electrical facilitation equipment.Compared the differences in clinical total effective rate,limb muscle strength and balance ability between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of group A was 78.12%,and that of group B was 95.31%.The proportion of cured patients in the group B exceeds the proportion of cured patients in the group A,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.208;P=0.007);Before treatment,the muscle strength scores between the group A and the group B were basically the same(P>0.05).After treatment,the muscle strength scores of the two groups of patients improved,and the three muscle strength scores of the group B were higher than those of the group A(P<0.001);Before the treatment,the BBS and FM A balance function scores of the group A and the group B were basically the same(P>0.05).After treatment,the balance ability of the two groups of patients improved,the balance ability of the group B was stronger than that of the group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy based on neuromuscular electrical facilitation device can significantly improve the curative effect of patients with musculoskeletal injury,enhance the muscle strength of patients with musculoskeletal injury,and can effectively improve the balance ability of patients.
