摘　　要：毛囊是皮肤的衍生器官,也是毛和绒的发源地。哺乳动物的毛发可以起到保温和防御的作用,随着社会的发展,绒毛的经济价值有了很大的提高。绒毛的产量和经济性状取决于毛囊的数量和质量,笔者就毛囊的生物学特性、影响毛囊发育的激素与信号通路及毛囊的体外培养技术进行综述,旨在为后续研究毛囊生长发育机制提供依据。Hair follicles are the skin derived organs and the source of hair and fluff. Mammalian hair can serve as insulation and defense, and with the development of society, the economic value of fluff has greatly increased. The yield and economic character of fluff depend on the quantity and quality of hair follicles. The biological characteristics of hair follicles, hormones and signal pathways affecting hair follicle development and in vitro culture technology of hair follicles were reviewed in this paper, in order to provide basis for the subsequent research on the mechanism of hair follicle growth and development.
