摘  要:为了研究日粮中不同粗蛋白水平对7~19周龄坝上长尾鸡公鸡体重及消化器官发育的影响,试验选择6周龄、体重相近的健康坝上长尾鸡公鸡150只,将其随机分为5组(Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组),每组5个重复,每个重复6只,各组饲喂代谢能水平(11.51 MJ/kg)相同,粗蛋白水平分别为13.85%、14.96%、16.05%、16.80%、17.87%的试验日粮,预试期1周,正试期13周,分别于15,17,19周龄末测定坝上长尾鸡公鸡体重及各消化器官重和长度。结果表明:各组初始体重差异不显著(P>0.05);在15,17,19周龄时,Ⅴ组体重均最大,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅴ组的平均日增重均显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05),与Ⅳ组均差异不显著(P>0.05)。在15周龄时,Ⅴ组嗉囊重、空肠重、回肠重、直肠重、空肠长和回肠长均显著高于其他4组(P<0.05),盲肠重、盲肠长和直肠长均显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05);在17周龄时,Ⅴ组嗉囊重显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05),腺胃重、肌胃重、直肠重和盲肠长显著高于其他4组(P<0.05),回肠重显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05),盲肠重显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05);在19周龄时,Ⅴ组嗉囊重和直肠重显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05),肌胃重显著高于Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05),盲肠长显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05)。说明在本试验范围内,给7~19周龄坝上长尾鸡公鸡饲喂粗蛋白水平为17.87%的试验日粮更有利于其体重的增长和消化器官的发育。In order to study the effects of dietary protein levels on body weight and digestive organ development of Bashang long-tailed roosters aged 7 to 19 weeks, 150 healthy Bashang long-tailed roosters aged 6 weeks with the similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 replicates per group and 6 roosters per replicate.Roosters in each group were fed the same metabolizable energy(11.51 MJ/kg) diet with 13.85%,14.96%,16.05%,16.80% and 17.87% crude protein level, respectively. The pretrial period lasted for 1 week and the trial period lasted for 13 weeks.The body weight and the organ weight and length of digestive organs in Bashang long-tailed roosters were measured at the end of 15, 17 and 19 weeks of age, respectively.The results showed as follows: there was no significant difference in initial body weight among all groups(P>0.05);At 15, 17 and 19 weeks of age, the body weight in group Ⅴ was the largest, but there was no significant difference among all groups(P>0.05).The average daily gain in group Ⅴ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between group Ⅴ and group Ⅳ(P>0.05).At 15 weeks of age, the weight of crop, jejunum, ileum and rectum and the length of jejunum and ileum in group Ⅴ were significantly higher than those in other four groups(P<0.05), and the cecum weight, and the length of cecum and rectum were significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P<0.05).At 17 weeks of age, the crop weight in group Ⅴ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P<0.05), the weight of glandular stomach, muscular stomach and rectum, the length of cecum were significantly higher than those in the other four groups(P<0.05), and the ileum weight was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ and Ⅳ(P<0.05), and the cecum weight was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅳ(P<0.05).At 19 weeks of age, crop and rectum weight in group Ⅴ were significantly higher than those
