摘  要:磷酸二铵优等品总养分平稳控制关乎产品质量和经济效益。分析影响磷酸二铵优等品总养分平稳度控制的干扰因素。介绍平稳度控制值偏差大的解决办法,包括构建操作控制模型实现数字化生产、使用浓磷酸淤浆调节养分、设置配料专区等。通过实施优化措施,解决了磷酸二铵优等品总养分平稳度难于控制的问题,产品总养分标准偏差值<0.10,富裕总养分质量分数≤0.3%,效果明显。The stable control of total nutrients of diammonium phosphate superior is related to product quality and economic benefits.The interference factors affecting the control of total nutrient stability of diammonium phosphate superior are analyzed.The solutions to the large deviation of smoothness control value are introduced,including the construction of operation control model to realize digital production,the use of concentrated phosphoric acid slurry to adjust nutrients,and the setting of batching area.Through the implementation of optimization measures,the problem that the total nutrient stability of diammonium phosphate superior is difficult to control is solved.The standard deviation value of total nutrient is less than 0.10,and the mass fraction of rich total nutrient is less than 0.3%.The effect is obvious.
