摘　　要：梳理某工厂以磷矿和副产盐酸为主要原料生产饲料级磷酸氢钙过程中的问题。介绍有效的解决措施:使用立式泵输送矿浆;更换矿浆输送管道材质、减少弯头和阀门数量降低矿浆管线阻力,倾斜布置管道、设置反冲洗水减少矿浆中固相沉积;使用板框压滤机过滤酸渣;使用碳酸钙和石灰乳搭配脱氟;白肥晾晒干燥。通过改造,不仅解决了存在的问题,而且取得了较好经济效益。The problems encountered in the production of feed-grade dicalcium phosphate with phosphate rock and by-product hydrochloric acid as the main raw materials are summarized.The effective measures are introduced:Use vertical phosphate rock slurry pump;Replace material of pipe,reduce the number of elbows and valves to decrease pipeline resistance,incline arrange the pipe and set up back-washing water to reduce the solid deposition from the rock slurry;Use press filter to filter acidolysis residue;Use calcium carbonate and quicklime for defluorination;Dry fertilizer-grade dicalcium phosphate by acidolysis sunshine.Through the transformation,not only the existing problems are solved,but also good economic benefits are achieved.
