摘　　要：介绍湿法磷酸装置磷石膏渣场回水中和的原理、流程及效益测算。对回水中和项目进行分级使用和指标优化,并进行项目延伸,包括脱镁清液生产钙镁磷肥、氟硅酸钠洗水中和处理等。改造后,磷收率明显提高,并且缓解了回水结晶问题。The principle,process and benefit calculation of backwater neutralization in phosphogypsum slag field of wet-process phosphoric acid plant are introduced.The classification use and index optimization of backwater neutralization projects,and the extension of projects,including the production of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer by demineralization clear liquid,treatment of sodium fluorosilicate washing water are carried out.After modification,the yield of phosphorus is improved obviously,and the backwater crystallization problem is alleviated.
