摘  要:采用三乙醇胺作助研剂、纤维素作黏结剂粉末压片,X射线荧光光谱法测定磷矿石中的氯含量。用理论α系数法校正,该方法检出限为15μg/g,标准曲线线性范围为18~15000μg/g,校正后相关系数为0.994,方法准确度高,精密性好,满足分析测试要求,适合生产过程中控制样分析。The content of chlorine in phosphate rock is determined by powder tablet pressing and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry with triethanolamine as research assistant and cellulose as binder.The theoretical a coefficient method is used for correction,the detection limit of this method is 15μg/g,the linear range of the standard curve is 18-15000μg/g,the correlation coefficient is 0.994 after correction.The method has high accuracy and good precision,meeting the analysis and test requirements,and is suitable for the analysis of control samples in the production process.
