摘　　要：介绍5×5000 m^(3)液氨球罐检验置换工艺流程,分析在卸氨卸压、加水放热,液氨、液氮蒸发吸热和置换过程中存在的工艺控制难点和问题,通过制定相应的工艺技术控制措施,确保顺利完成检验置换工作,交付生产。The process inspection and replacement of 5×5000 m^(3) liquid ammonia spherical tank are introduced,the difficulties and problems of process control in ammonia discharge and pressure relief,heat release with water,evaporation and heat absorption of liquid ammonia and liquid nitrogen and replacement process are analyzed,the corresponding process technical control measures to ensure the smooth completion of inspection and replacement work and delivery to production are formulated.
