摘  要:为降低天然气单耗,利用硫黄制酸装置富余的蒸汽通过空气加热器对进入热风炉的空气进行预加热。介绍空气加热器的原理及应用在300 kt/a多功能复合肥和100 kt/a NPK复合肥装置上的热量平衡计算。改造后,燃气消耗下降了40%左右,年创造经济效益360万元,减少二氧化碳排放约5680 t/a。In order to reduce the single consumption of natural gas,the surplus steam of sulfuric acid production unit is used to preheat the air entering the hot blast stove through the air heater.The principle of air heater and the calculation of heat balance applied in 300 kt/a multifunctional compound fertilizer plant and 100 kt/a NPK compound fertilizer plant are introduced.After the transformation,the gas consumption is decreased by about40%,the annual economic benefit is 3.6 million RMB Yuan per year,and the carbon dioxide emission is reduced by about 5680 t per year.
