摘　　要：沸腾床渣油加氢反应器中降液管基本贯穿整个反应器,连接着顶部循环杯和底部分配盘,在沸腾床渣油加氢反应器中起到重要作用。采用合适的焊接工艺及控制措施,制造的降液管满足垂直度偏差要求。Downpipe of fluidized bed residue hydrogenation reactor passed through the whole reactor with connecting top circular cup and bottom distribution disc and played an important role on the reactor.By applying suitable welding process and control measures,downpipe products accomplished perpendicularity deflection requirements.
