摘　　要：以某厂直缝双面埋弧焊管扩径机的扩径头为研究对象,针对扩径机扩径头使用过程中易磨损、滑动面拉伤、T型键变形等问题,改进了装配工艺,经过实践验证,使用该创新工艺较大地提高了扩径头的使用寿命,减少了设备故障率,提高了扩径头的使用效率。Taking expanding head of a straight seam double-sided submerged arc welded pipe expanding machine in a certain plant as research object,assembly process of the expanding head has been modified regarding to issues of rapid wear-out,sliding face pull damage and T-shaped key deformation appearing in operation process.The practice verified that the innovation process evidently improved service lifetime and efficiency and lowered device faults of the expanding head.
