摘　　要：目的比较分析不同证型失眠患者与健康人群之间脉图参数的变化规律,探索特征参数。方法运用智能脉诊仪采集16例火热相关证候失眠患者、18例心脾两虚证失眠患者及20名健康人群的寸口六部脉的脉图参数,应用最小二乘回归选优方法进行分析,使用特征参数图谱方式进行表达。结果失眠心脾两虚证的特征参数包括时域参数2个(左、右尺w),频域参数23个(右尺相位6、左关能量6等),主要分布在左尺、右尺及左关部位;失眠火热证相关的特征参数包括六部脉脉位,时域参数5个(左关h1、左尺h1等),频域参数9个(右关能量4、右尺能量4等),主要分布在右寸、右关和右尺部位;失眠两组之间的特征参数包括时域参数5个(右寸t1、右尺h1等),频域参数7个(右寸相位7、左寸相位12)等。结论不同证型失眠患者与健康人群及失眠不同证型间的脉诊参数存在差异,右尺相位6/左关能量6、右关能量4/右尺能量4及左寸相位12/右寸相位7可能分别为失眠心脾两虚证、火热证及心脾两虚证火热证的特征指标。Objective By analyzing the differences in the pulse graphparameters between insomnia patients with different syndromes and normal people,the characteristic parameters were explored to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis of insomnia.Methods The pulse parameters of 16 cases of insomnia patients with the fiery related syndrome,18 cases of insomnia patients with Xin-Pi deficiency syndrome,and 20 healthy people were recruited and analyzed by an intelligent pulse diagnosis instrument,and the characteristic parameter map was used to express the parameters innovatively.Results There were 2-time domain parameters(left Chi w and right w)and 23 frequency-domain parameters(right Chi phase 6,the left Guan energy 6,etc.)in the insomnia with Xin-Pi deficiency syndrome group.These characteristic parameters were mainly distributed at the location of left Chi,right Chi and left Guan.There were pulse positions,5-time domain parameters(left guan h1,left Chi h1,etc.),and 9 frequency-domain parameters(right Guan energy 4,right Chi energy 4,etc.)in the group of insomnia with the fiery related syndrome.These characteristic parameters were mainly distributed at the location of right Cun,Guan,and Chi.The specific parameters between insomnia with Xin-Pi deficiency syndrome group included 5-time domain parameters(right Cun t1,right Chi h1,etc.)and 7 frequency-domain parameters(right Cun phase 7,Chi phase 12,etc).Conclusions There are differences in pulse parameters between insomnia patients with different syndromes and healthy people.Right Chi phase 6 and left Guan energy 6,right Guan energy 4 and right Chi energy 4,and left Cun phase 12 and right Cun phase 7 might be the characteristic indicators of insomnia with Xin-Pi deficiency syndrome,fire-heat syndrome,and Xin-Pi deficiency and fire-heat syndrome,respectively.
