Brief History of Indonesia Petroleum Industry Development

摘　　要：印度尼西亚石油工业的发展大致可分为4个阶段:第一阶段为石油工业的开拓期,由于早期的开拓主要掌握在西方资本主义国家手里,发展潜力受到了限制;第二阶段为战后石油国有化时期,此阶段新政府开始恢复受到极大破坏的战后石油工业,并重新制定对待外来石油公司的政策,使得石油工业逐步国有化;第三阶段为苏哈托时期,由于政府大力吸引外来资本,石油工业得到较快发展,但对民族产业造成了一定影响;第四阶段为1998年至今,石油工业呈现一路下行的状态。印度尼西亚政府应加强管理能力,引导境内外资本加大投资力度,以使得石油工业走出困境,获得新发展。The development of Indonesia petroleum industry can be divided into four stages.The first stage refers to the pioneering period of petroleum industry.Because the early exploitation was mainly controlled by the western capitalists,developing potential was limited.The second stage is the period of petroleum nationalization after war,in which new government began to restore petroleum industry after war that had been greatly damaged,and reestablished policy for foreign petroleum companies,and thus made the industry gradually realize nationalization.The third period is the Suharto Era,in which government tried its best to attract external capitals and thus made petroleum develop quickly,but left certain ravage on national industry.The fourth period refers to the phase from 1998 to now,in which Indonesiaoil industry took on the declining tendency.Through the analysis of developing characteristics of Indonesia petroleum industry,it is proposed that Indonesia government should strengthen its own management ability,guide external and internal capitals to expand investment,in order to make petroleum go out of difficulties and get new development.
