摘  要:对庚醛基DHP促进剂的合成进行了探索和改进。采用单因素实验,考察了原料配比、催化剂种类、苯胺滴加温度及时间、反应温度、保温时间等的影响。结果表明,最优工艺条件是:以庚醛、苯胺为原料,其物质的量比为4.5∶1,氯化锌为催化剂,苯胺最佳滴加时间6 h,最佳反应及保温温度为30~35℃,最佳保温时间为4 h,庚醛回收温度控制在120~125℃。即可得到气味小、外观好、纯度高的产品庚醛基DHP。The synthesis of heptanaldehyde based DHP promoter is explored and improved.The effects of raw material ratio,catalyst type,aniline dropping temperature and time,reaction temperature and holding time are investigated by single factor experiment.The results show that the optimum process conditions are as follows,heptanaldehyde and aniline are used as raw materials,the mass ratio of the substance is 4.5∶1,zinc chloride as catalyst,the best dropping time of aniline is 6 h,the optimum reaction and holding temperature is 30~35℃,the best holding time is 4 h,the recovery temperature of heptanaldehyde should be controlled at 120~125℃.Heptanaldehyde DHP with small odor,good appearance and high purity can be obtained.
