摘  要:采用序列二次规划法对科学实验平台压载水系统的管径进行经济性优化,对目标函数进行比选,结果表明:生命周期费用(使用周期内投资运行等总费用)较于建造成本费用(材料、安装费用等初始投资费用)更加适合作为科学实验平台的经济优化目标函数;对管道约束条件中的压力降控制值约束分析后发现,对生命周期优化能进一步提升优化效果,对建造成本优化能够大幅改善优化结果,不再陷入管径的极小值.可以得出压力降控制值约束对两种优化方式都有一定的帮助作用,并对该海洋平台压载水系统的控制值进行推荐.Economic optimization of diameter of the ballast water system on a scientific experimental platform is carried out by using the sequential quadratic programming method,and the objective function is compared.The results show that it is more proper to use the life cycle cost(the total cost of investment and operation in the service cycle)than to use the construction cost(the initial investment cost of materials and installation)as the objective function of the economic optimization of the offshore platform.After the constraint analysis of the pressure drop control value in the system,it is found that the life cycle optimization can further improve the optimization effect;the construction cost optimization can greatly improve the optimization results,and no longer fall into the minimum value of the pipe diameter.It can be concluded that the pressure drop control value constraint is helpful to the two optimization methods,and the control value of the ballast water system of the offshore platform is recommended.
