泡沫Ni复合中间层钎焊W-Cu/1Cr18Ni9的界面组织与性能研究

摘  要:采用30%多孔泡沫Ni复合中间层对W-Cu合金和1Cr18Ni9不锈钢进行钎焊连接,进一步研究多孔泡沫Ni对钎焊接头组织与性能的影响.利用SEM、EDS、四点弯曲等手段对钎焊接头的微观组织、元素分布特征、断口形貌特征、弯曲强度进行研究分析.结果表明,采用多孔泡沫Ni作为中间层后钎焊接头界面成型良好,组织均匀致密,无明显的孔洞,裂纹等缺陷产生.钎缝主要富含有Cu-Ni-Ti增强相与Ti(W)、Ni(W)固溶体组织.接头弯曲强度达到了614 MPa,接头断裂后呈现明显的韧脆混合断裂.在不锈钢侧界面处因生成Fe_(2) Ti、Cr_(2) Ti等少量金属间化合物而呈现为脆性断裂;在W-Cu合金侧断面上出现较多深度较浅的韧窝呈现为韧性断裂.W-Cu alloy and 1Cr18Ni9 stainless steel were brazed with a 30%porous foam Ni composite interlayer.The effects of porous foam Ni on the microstructure and properties of brazed joints were further studied.The microstructure,element distribution,fracture morphology and bending strength of the brazed joints were studied and analyzed by SEM,EDS and four-point bending.The results show that the interface of brazed joint is well formed by using porous foam Ni as the intermediate layer,and the microstructure is uniform and compact,without obvious defects such as holes and cracks.The brazing seam is mainly rich in Cu-Ni-Ti reinforced phase and Ti(W),Ni(W)solid solution.The bending strength of the joint reaches 614 MPa,and the joint shows obvious ductile-brittle mixed fracture after fracture.At the interface of stainless steel side,a small amount of intermetallic compounds,such as Fe_(2) Ti and Cr_(2) Ti,are formed,resulting in brittle fracture.There are many dimples with shallow depth on the side section of W-Cu alloy,showing ductile fracture.
