摘 要:日本女性教习是清末中国女子教育体系建构过程中的特殊群体,自1902年开始正式受聘中国,至清朝灭亡退出中国教坛历经十载,来华执教人数多达140余名。这一群体在中国尚处初创期的蒙养院、各类型女学堂从事教育活动,教授多门近代科目,对以“德”“卑”“顺”“慎”为一生准则的儒家传统训诫式女子教育给予了猛烈的冲击;同时她们也成为了清末中国实施日本“贤妻良母”教育理念的助推剂与近代中国女子教育观更迭发展的催化剂。一时间清末日式女子教育独具一派,然而这看似“无私帮扶”的背后也同样裹匿日本对中国“温柔”的欲殖民要素,以教育浸心,谋求“合纵”,最终妄图霸揽东亚、阻遏西方。Female Japanese teachers were a special group in the construction of the modern Chinese education system.From1902,just ten years before the demise of the Qing Dynasty,the number of Japanese teachers coming to China reached more than 140.They were engaged in educational activities and taught a number of modern subjects in kindergartens and all kinds of girls’ schools that were still in germination stage in China.The Japanese teachers exerted a strong impact on the traditional Confucian female education which took shape over thousands of years and established "moral","low","obedient" and "wariness" as lifelong character demands for women.Meanwhile,they also became the impetus of Japanese-style "good wife and good mother" education,and changed the catalyst of modern female education in China.The Japanese-style Chinese Female Education existed as a separate group at one time,but it implied the "gentle" desire for colonial element against China behind the seemingly "disinterested assistance",which attempted to dominate East Asia and resist the Western countries through Japan-based education.
