摘　　要：文章阐述了胡希恕先生提出的六经辨证体系的主要内容,同时介绍了肺系病症的生理病理特点。重点以发热案、咳嗽案、喘促案、肺癌靶向药物致皮疹案、慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭案等5个病案为例,阐述六经辨证在肺系病症中具体应用,表明六经辨证体系,切合《伤寒论》要意,只要方证合一,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。This paper expounds the main contents of the six-meridian syndrome differentiation system proposed by HU Xishu,and introduces the physiological and pathological characteristics of lung diseases.This paper focuses on five cases:including fever,cough,shortness of breath,rash caused by lung cancer targeted drugs,and chronic obstructive pulmonary and respiratory failure,to illustrate the specific application of six-meridian syndrome differentiation in lung diseases.It indicates that system of six-meridian syndrome differentiation conforms to the essential meaning of Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases,as long as the prescription complies with the syndromes,the clinical curative effect is distinct,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
