《针灸甲乙经》治疗失音的理论分析

摘　　要：《针灸甲乙经》全名为《黄帝三部针灸甲乙经》(以下简称《甲乙经》),是我国古代著名医学家皇甫谧于魏甘露年间(256-259年)所作的一部针灸学著作,也是现存最早的一部针灸学专著,对于古代针灸腧穴的考察有着极其重要的历史贡献。失音作为现代常见疾病,轻则声音嘶哑,重则发音不能,大大影响了患者的生活质量。笔者通过查阅相关文献及古代医家著作,了解到失音的病因病机及相关针刺治疗方法,而《甲乙经》中对于失音的治疗有着较为详细的叙述。全书记载关于失音诊疗的相关章节提出的选穴主要涉及督脉、手三阳经、足少阴经、足厥阴经。The full name of A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion is A-B Classic of Three Bits of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Yellow Emperor(hereinafter referred to as A-B Classic).It is a work on acupuncture and moxibustion written by HUANGFU Mi,a famous medical scientist in ancient China,during the Ganlu Period of Wei Dynasty(256~259),and it is also the earliest existing work on acupuncture and moxibustion.The investigation of acupuncture and moxibustion acupoints in ancient times has a very important historical contribution.Aphonia disease as modern common diseases,the light is hoarse,the heavy is unable to pronounce,greatly influence the patient’s quality of life,the author through the consult literature and ancient physicians work,understand the aphonia disease pathogenesis and related acupuncture treatment,A-B Classic has a more detailed description of the treatment of aphasia.The acupoint selection proposed in the chapters on the diagnosis and treatment of aphasia in the book mainly involves the Du(督)meridian,three Yang(阳)meridians of hand,the Foot Shaoyin(足少阴)meridians and the Foot Jueyin(足厥阴)meridian.
