基于三因制宜辨证治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床体会

摘　　要：三因制宜学说是中医病因病机治则的重要内容之一,根据《黄帝内经》中“三因制宜”理论,结合古代医家对“疫病”的认识和诊治经验,探讨防治新型冠状病毒肺炎的中医药方案,中医依据地域、气候特点、个人体质等,经辨证遣药诊治,其效果已得到广泛认可。2020年1月下旬-3月淮北地区共收治新型冠状病毒肺炎(普通型)患者21例,均在西医常规治疗的基础上,根据中医整体辨证、三因制宜,结合临床证候分析,将新型冠状病毒肺炎(普通型)患者分型治疗,取得较好临床疗效,值得借鉴。The theory of three factors controlling measures is one of the important contents of the principles of etiology,pathogenesis and treatment in TCM,according to the theory of“three factors adjusting to local conditions”in the Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),Combined with the knowledge and experience of diagnosis and treatment of“epidemic disease”of ancient doctors,to explore the Chinese medicine scheme for preventing and treating the new type of coronavirus pneumonia,TCM uses drugs based on differentiation of symptoms and signs,geographical and climatic characteristics,and personal constitution,the effect has been widely acknowledged.From late January to March 2020,a total of 21 patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia(normal type)were admitted to Huaibei,on the basis of conventional treatment of Western medicine,based on the overall differentiation of symptoms and signs of TCM,three factors,combined with the analysis of clinical symptoms,patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia(common type)were classified and treated,it is worth using for reference to obtain better clinical curative effect.
