叶天士《临证指南医案》泄泻的辨证论治学术思想探析

摘　　要：《临证指南医案》记录了清代著名医家叶桂(字天士)的临床经验,其中的《泄泻篇》展现了叶桂诊治泄泻的特色经验和思路方法,对解决日益增多的泄泻及相关病症有重要的价值。结合叶氏治疗泄泻疾病的案例,将其治疗本病的辨治经验进行概括总结。Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Records records the clinical experience of Ye Tianshi,a famous doctor in Qing Dynasty.The diarrhea section shows Ye Tianshi’s special experience and thinking method in the diagnosis and treatment of diarrhea,which is of great value in solving the increasing diarrhea and related diseases.This paper summarizes Ye’s experience in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of diarrhea disease based on his clinical cases.
